  The customer service in the pharmacy is really terrible. We've had several issues with them being rude, not helpful, and definitely not quick. The front of the store people have been fine but the pharmacy staff needs some customer service training, in my personal and professional (as a customer service supervisor) opinion. Example: had to fill my son's pain prescription post surgery and "they didn't carry it" so I should go try another CVS. When I asked if they could find out who did carry it so that I didn't drive around from store to store, they told me they didn't do that and that it really wasnt they far fur me to drive to the next one. ??? Sorry, went to Walgreens across the street without incident.
