  I am very disappointed with Mark's floors. I will not ever buy from or recommend to anyone to buy from this store. I purchased LVP however was not informed that Mohawk floors does not make the transition pieces that match the floor, so I am left with transition pieces in the door ways that DON'T MATCH the floor!! First they tried to lay pieces that were not even close to the floor, not even telling me what to expect! When I called to complain, it was then I was told the company that makes the floors does not make the matching pieces and they would have to "search" the internet and "try" to find a match!! I informed them that should have been my decision not their's if I wanted pieces that would not match the floor!! I never would have selected LVP if I had known I would end up with a floor that is miss-matched!! Now I am stuck with this mess! No apologizes from the owners, no discount, nothing but a VERY UPSET customer....
