  i love shopping at a neighborhood store. The techs are human and sometimes tired, but they have always taken time to answer my questions and help with a problems. Today I went in to buy my son a new phone, his died. Josh knows us by now and realized that the phone I was thinking of was more than Matt could use. He steered us to a phone that will meet our needs and be kind to my budget. Next time I feel my phone bill is too high and I think of shopping for another server, I'll remember service counts for something too.
